Crazy Cajun Crabs was inspired by Fat Boyz Barbecue owners Holston-Jones’ trips to Louisiana, where relatives would stage elaborate crawfish boils. The restaurant specializes in buckets of seafood boiled in spices, such as shrimp and crawfish, served with potatoes and corn, along with steamed crabs with “lots of garlic, parsley and more garlic.” The restaurant also offers gumbo, fried oysters, shrimp, conch, catfish nuggets, chicken wings, po’ boy sandwiches, waffle combos and baskets with fries.
